Wir haben angenehme Ferien hier verbracht, die Poolanlage ist top. Die Wohnung war sauber und kühl, aber sie ist ziemlich düster (kaum Fenster). Enttäuschung: Die angegebene Terrasse im Obergeschoss existiert nicht, die ist privat. Sehr ruhig, Auto unbedingt notwendig, mehrere Michelin-Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Küchenwaschbecken ist total unbequem, das Trinkwasser fließt nur tröpfchenweise. 1,50 Euro Ortstaxe/Person/Tag, relativ hohe Zusatzspesen (Reinigung, Gas). Die Terrasse vor dem Haus liegt meist im Schatten, gut sichtgeschützt.
Lovely setting, convenient to Siena, Castellina, Monteriggione etc. Nice unit; clean and furnished with rustic antigues as befits the location on an active farm. The upstairs bedroom and bath are for people under 5 feet 10 inches [\u003c178 cm]; the downstairs bed and bath should be fine for guests up to 12 feet [400 cm]. Hosts are onsite and were charming and helpful.
Das Fereinhaus hat uns ausnahmslos gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und ausreichend für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Der Pollbereich war ebenfalls großzügig für die Anzahl der möglichen Gäste.
Die Vermieter leben bei der Anlage und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Wochenende gab es eine englisch sprachige ANsprechpartnerin, unter der Woche galt es sich auf italienisch bzw. mit Händen und Füßen zu verständigen, was in unserem Falle aber auchgut funktionierte.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war die Internetverbindung. Es wurde auf WLAN umgestellt, welches aber nur sehr mangelhaft funktionierte. Dies soll aber in Kürze behoben werden.
Die Lage ist aus unserer Sicht ideal, man ist innerhalb 30-60 Minuten in einer vielzahl von schönen Städten die alle sehenswert sind. Dazu gehören Siena, Florenz, Volterra, San Gimignano und noch viele andere mehr.

juste une remarque il manque une bonne cafetière et un peu de vaisselle
la taxe journalière est à 1.50€ au lieu de 1€
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, wenngleich die Ausstattung des Küchenbereichs etwas kärglich war. Entschädigt wurden wir durch einen großen Pool und einem insgesamt tollen Ambiente und überaus freundlichen Gastgebern. Gerne immer wieder - wenngleich nicht unbedingt im Hochsommer.
Wir waren bereits öfters in diesem Haus, bis auf fehlendes Geschirr, vor allem Gläser, passt eigentlich alles.
Wir fühlen uns stets wohl, die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, Umgebung sehr ruhig. Daher ist bis auf eine Osteria in Gehweite, das Auto unbedingt erforderlich.
