L'état de l'appartement était correcte mais pas excellent au niveau propreté (poussière derrière les meubles, sur la télé...).
Vu le prix du ménage qui est obligatoire et honereux, l'appartement devrait être irréprochable, ce qui n'est pas le cas.
Les ustensiles de cuisines étaient insuffisant.
Aucune notice pour le fonctionnement de la climatisation.
Grands placards dans les chambres mais inutile car aucun rayonnage.
La terrasse n'avait pas de bâche pour éviter d'avoir le soleil dans les yeux dans l'après midi et que 4 chaises.... Cela manquait cruellement de bains de soleil...dommage
Le plus serait d'avoir le wifi.
Il aurait été bien de préciser les horaires de la salle de sport également et qu'ils fayent des bonnets de bains pour la piscine intérieure car ceux ci sont vendu au prix de 5 €uros‚ dans la salle (A savoir que dans les magasins de proximités à l'extérieur, ils sont à 1.95 €uros).
Piscine extérieure :
Règlement trop stricte, car il est Impossible de boire une canette de coca sur la pelouse mais on peut amener de l'eau en bouteille (incompréhension...). De plus il y a des poubelles).
Interdiction de manger sur l'herbe également.
En fait, dans la piscine on peut juste aller dans l'eau et ne pas bouger car on ne peut rien faire pratiquement....
Autrement la résidence est très bien, propre, proche des commerces et de la plage.
Le parking souterrain est extra pour garer un gros véhicule.

Très bon séjour à Salou début juillet 2014.
Le garage est très pratique et l'accès à l'appartement très facile.
La plage est proche et Port Aventura est tout près (à pied : 1 petit 1/4 heure)
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

appartement peu propre, dessus de lit sale ( pas lavés) pas assez pour le nombre de lit. Pas de protége matelas........
Pas assez de vaisselle, juste le strict minimum, 2 saladiers en plastique ( les seuls... cassés ) obligé d'en racheter. Bols tous ébréchés.....etc....
Pas de nécessaire correct pour faire le ménage quotidien, balais cassé.
Pas de transat sur terrasse, juste 4 chaises. Prix élevé par rapport à la prestation.

The apartment complex itself is hard to fault with a pool that is very well maintained.The supervision by the lifeguard while being strict in making people shower before entering and allowing no food or drink by the poolside overall is very good (maybe could be less strict with children wanting to play with inflatables ). There are no beds by the pool but the area is grass covered and very nice to use with just towels.
The location of the complex is perfect being far enough from the nightlife not to be bothered at night but close enough to stroll down to the beach or shops. Going the other way you are only 10 mins walk from portaventura park and water park.
The downside was the apartment itself which could have been better. All instructions for everything are in Spanish eg air con and tv (which we could only get Spanish channels on) The shower leaked very badly , the beds are very small with one long pillow only for the double bed , the furnishings are quite worn and stained. Having seen inside 2 other rentals in the complex which were cheaper and of a much higher standard I felt this one was poor value. Also note that unlike stated the final cleaning is £22 PER person and with linen £11 per person the real cost is £132 more than quoted.
I would highly recommend the complex but not this apartment.

Schoon en modern appartement voorzien van vaatwasser, wasmachine,oven en magnetron. Slaapkamers zijn netjes en de 2 badkamers hebben ieder een toilet.
Eigen parkeerplaats in de afgesloten garage onder het appartement en bereikbaar met de lift.
Supermarkt is dichtbij. Het strand is iets verder lopen, maar goed te doen. Ook genoeg terrassen, restauranten en discotheken in de nabijheid.
Alles is prima, de vakantiewoning, het zwembad met een prima badmeester die goed streng is. Al snappen sommige mensen niet waarom je niet mag drinken en eten bij het zwembad. Nog 1 maal dan dat trekt wespen en ander ongedierte aan.
1 puntje van kritiek de bedden zijn wat aan de korte kant.
