Although the place had almost everything one might need, I cannot say that the rental was superb. It was a bit shabby and had this smell of the antiquities. But it did not bother us very much. What did, however, was the absence of an air conditioner. At times it was too hot and stuffy, especially during the nights.
The location is nice with a scenic view, far from the noise of Rapallo (since it is actually a tiny village San Michele di Pagana, just outside of Rapallo), but steep stairs on the way back from the beach are a bit hard to climb.
We also did not like the 3 beaches that are withing walking distance from the rental, we had to drive to Paraggi.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, we did not expect anything extraordinary for the money we paid.

Unterkunft war gemütlich und nett eingerichtet.
Leider fehlte unseren Kindern ein internationaler (im unseren Fall deutscher oder englischer) SAT-Empfang. Ein Fernseher war vorhanden, funktionierte aber nur mit italienischen Programmen und es konnte keine "Abhilfe" geschaffen werden.
Aber wir waren sowieso viel unterwegs und die "offenen" Strände und die Umgebung waren wunderschön so dass wir viel unternehmen konnten. Genua sollte man nicht versäumen und am besten mit dem Zug bereisen!!
